1. Booking & Confirmation
All transport bookings must be confirmed through official communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, or email). Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
2. Pricing & Payment
Quoted prices are based on cargo type, weight, volume, distance, and any special handling requirements. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may attract penalties.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Loading & Unloading
BL Transport provides vehicle and driver. Loading and unloading must be handled by the client unless agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for any damage caused during client-side handling.
5. Liability & Insurance
We ensure safe transportation; however, BL Transport is not liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, riots, or accidents. Insurance, if required, must be arranged by the client or requested in advance.
6. Transit Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors are not the responsibility of BL Transport.
7. Prohibited Items
Transporting illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable items without prior notice is strictly prohibited. Such goods may be refused or reported.
8. Documentation
Clients must provide accurate and complete documents (e.g., invoices, permits) for goods in transit. Any delays caused due to missing or incorrect documentation are not our responsibility.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City].
