Chidambaranar (VOC) Port Authority has achieved a significant operational milestone by handling an impressive 17,785 tonnes of coal in a single day at North Cargo Berth-2. This achievement, realized on August 2, 2024, marks a new single-day handling record at the port, surpassing the previous high of 17,385 tonnes recorded just days earlier on July 23, 2024.
